Simplify and improve claim estimation using xactware integrations
XactAnalysis SP® offers a number of integrations that increase the accuracy of claims estimation while simplifying the process. When you export assignment data from XactAnalysis SP directly into the integrated system, you eliminate the need for manual input or double entry. The integrated system then sends the requested estimate information back to XactAnalysis SP and Xactimate® where it can be easily integrated into the estimate.
Geomni™ Roof
With Geomni™ Roof, you can collect detailed information about the dimensions and characteristics of a roof without spending time on the roof or even visiting the site.
Geomni™ Roof provides a roof plan in Xactimate native Sketch format, all roof dimensions and slopes, and a set of high-quality aerial images of the structure. The data is seamlessly integrated into the Xactimate file where repair costs can be estimated right away. It also appears in the Documents tab in XactAnalysis SP. Moisture Mapper™
Moisture Mapper offers real-time data about the drying progress of an assignment, drying equipment used, and adherence to the S-500 guidelines. This information all appears in one portal in the External Data tab in XactAnalysis SP. Moisture Mapper also sends equipment usage information directly to the assignment in Xactimate, making it easy to include the correct line items. Accurence™
With Accurence, you can easily collect roof data, automate the scope of repair, and generate a roof repair estimate in Xactimate.
When you refer an assignment to an adjuster or contractor with Accurence, they can use the Accurence software to validate inspection data; build a model of the situation; apply numerous rule sets based on guidelines, aerial CAD data, cost estimating data, and more; and send the data to Xactimate where it can be integrated with the Xactimate estimate.

ITELSM
ITEL provides accurate pricing and matching data for flooring claims. After you send a request from an estimate in Xactimate, ITEL returns a complete laboratory report based on comprehensive analysis of National Floor Covering Program (NFCP) items to enable a fair settlement on property claims. This report can be viewed in the Documents tab in XactAnalysis SP, and the prices for NFCP material are updated automatically in the estimate in Xactimate.

When the integration is set up, you can submit a request to ITEL from Xactimate. For instructions, enter search term "ITEL" in the Xactimate helps, and click "ITEL."
MICA
MICA provides applications that enable users to capture mitigation-related job data on-site and then electronically relay that data to a central repository. With the MICA integration, you can view and analyze mitigation documentation throughout the life of a project. You can also send this information to Xactimate where it can be integrated with the Xactimate estimate.
